BOOKING PROCEDURE

• You can fill the contact form(available at https://elegantsuites.in/contact).

• Send a mail to us at elegantsuites22@gmail.com about your details like your name, contact number, how many pax / persons going to stay, dates of stay and your preferred apartment category(Studio,1BHK,2BHK) .

• Send a WhatsApp message also ( WhatsApp number: +91-9980411152/+91-9980311152 )

• Call directly at +91-9980411152/+91-9980311152 to book the rooms / apartment

PAYMENT

• A deposit of 15% of the total cost of the booking is required at the time of making the reservation.

• This 15% deposit can be charged by Cash, Card and UPI.

• All prices quoted are exclusive of Goods & Services Tax - GST (unless otherwise stated) and you will be required to pay Goods & Services Tax (where chargeable) at the prevailing rate.

• Invoices / Receipts confirming the booking will be send to the guest’s respective mail id as part of the booking procedure.

• Advance payment will be taken for Long stay Guests say about 1month and over.

DEPOSIT and ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• For Long Stay Guests, say about 3 months to 1 year Stay or more – 1 ( one ) Month rent will be as Advance as Security Deposit – the same will be adjustable or refundable ( after applicable deductions if any ) with the last month rent

• Additional Housekeeping Services

• Breakages, loss or damage to the Property or any of its contents

Cancellations Policy

• Cancellation is free of charge up till 2 days prior to Check-in, in case the booking is cancelled less than 2 days then you will have to pay the Cancellation fees of 10%

• Cancellation must be filled in writing, via mail to elegantsuites22@gmail.com or call/message us at +91-9980411152/+91-9980311152.

• For bookings 30 nights or less - for Cancellation 1 days prior notice is must. For bookings more than 1 month or longer stay – for Cancellation 2 days prior notice is must.

• The Company reserves the right to Cancel the bookings , if The rooms / apartments or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control. OR The Company becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership. In any of these circumstances the Company will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client.

• We will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or we are unable to perform our contractual obligations as a result of events beyond our reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labour disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, and adverse weather conditions. Please note that we will charge cancellation fee if you cancel your booking due to flight cancellations.

• If we receive serious complaints or any disputes arise, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice.

Rights of Access

Our representatives / Managers have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to the convenience of you, for the purpose of inspection of the property and to carry out any essential repair or maintenance work.

Terms of Use

• Pets and Smoking are not allowed in the premises.

• This reservation is not transferable.

• Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the Hotel at any point of time.

• Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity at the time arrival in the Hotel

• All the assets and valuables of the Hotel should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Hotel has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Hotel (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.

• Any items left in the apartment will NOT be kept by the hotel. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property.

• The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
